Contact: one address, and what to put in the message
Reach the desk
There is no form here and no chat widget. One address reaches the people who write the pages, and a message that names the page and the figure gets answered faster than one that does not.
The useful version of a contact page is short.
The address
It reaches the desk that writes these pages. There is no phone line, no live chat and no ticket system, and nobody here will ever ask you for a password, a seed phrase, a wallet key or a payment of any kind.
What to include
For a correction, three lines are enough:
- The page. A link, or the title from the top of it.
- The figure as printed here. A ceiling, a clause number, a licence status, a lane count.
- Where the right version can be read. An operator's terms page, a register entry, or a screen from the game itself.
Facts on this site carry the date they were read, which means most errors are the ordinary kind: something moved after we looked. Clause numbers get renumbered, licences change holder, bonus cards get reissued with different ceilings. Those are worth telling us about, and they get fixed with a new date rather than a quiet edit.
What we can help with
Questions about the game — what a ladder does, what the bonus costs, what the rules panel says — and questions about how a figure on this site was arrived at. The method is written out on how we check, and who writes here is on about us.
What we cannot help with
Anything inside a casino account. We have no view of your balance, your bonus, your documents or your withdrawal, and no influence over any operator's decision. If a withdrawal is held, the operator's terms are the document that says why, and a licensed operator publishes where a complaint goes if the answer is unsatisfactory.
We also cannot recommend a way around any operator's rules, and would not if we could.
If the game has stopped being a game
That is the one message worth sending to someone other than us. Gamblers Anonymous is free and confidential, and most licensed operators offer a self-exclusion and a deposit limit in the account settings.
